By uploading content, you grant PerfectlyWed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You confirm that:

  • You have permission to use and share that content.

PerfectlyWed reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

PerfectlyWed may offer paid features or auto-renewable subscriptions within the mobile app.

Payments are processed through platform providers such as:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play

Subscription terms include:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Subscription management and cancellation must be done through your app store account settings.

PerfectlyWed does not control billing or refunds processed by app store providers.

  • Branding
  • Design elements
  • Software
  • Text and graphics

are owned by or licensed to PerfectlyWed and are protected by intellectual property laws.
